The Andersons Appoints Emmanuel Ayuk as General Counsel, EVP

The Andersons, Inc., an Ohio-based agribusiness, has appointed Emmanuel Ayuk as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary.

Ayuk previously served as chief counsel for ADM, formerly having held various leadership roles at the company, across compliance and legal functions with global responsibilities.

He worked as a partner at Stinson LLP before joining ADM. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and a juris doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He currently serves on the board of the Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Family Services in Chicago.
