Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) blasted the three justices on the new statewide appeals court for pausing discovery into claims that Beto O’Rourke took illegal actions in raising money to fund travel for Texas Democrats who fled the state to avoid a vote on a GOP-drawn redistricting map.
In a post on X, Paxton on Wednesday accused Republican Justices Scott Brister, Scott Field, and April Farris of helping O’Rourke “with his unlawful bribery scheme.”
