TD Hires New US CFO and General Counsel Amid Executive Refresh

Toronto Dominion Bank hired a new chief financial officer and general counsel for its US division, continuing a leadership refresh tied to its growth strategy.

Andre Ramos will join the firm as US CFO and Brian Callananwill become US general counsel, the Toronto-based bank said in a statement Thursday. Both will start Dec. 1.

Ramos was most recently CFO of consumer banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Callanan, who previously served as general counsel of the US Department of the Treasury, is joining from Liberty Strategic Capital.
