StandardAero Inc., a provider of aerospace engine aftermarket services, said Monday that Michael Kaplan would rejoin the company as chief legal officer effective Oct. 6.
Kaplan previously served StandardAero as SVP, general counsel, chief security officer and secretary. He brings over 25 years of legal and executive leadership experience, most recently serving as senior counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright. He will report to Russell Ford, StandardAero chairman and CEO.
