Michael O’Sullivan is preparing to move on from the parent company of social media platform Snapchat at year’s end, necessitating a search for his successor.
O’Sullivan will depart Snap Inc. as of Dec. 31, the company said late Thursday in a securities filing. Snap recruited O’Sullivan in 2017 from his partner role at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, a Los Angeles-based law firm that has close ties to Snapchat’s co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel.
