Shenandoah Telecom Appoints Angela Olsen as General Counsel

Broadband provider Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. said Monday that it has appointed Angela Olsen as vice president-legal and general counsel.

Olsen has over 25 years of legal experience across various industries, previously serving as general counsel at AquaBounty Technologies and as senior advisor and associate general counsel at E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co. She also previously worked as a trial attorney at the US Department of Justice, and in private practice at Jones Day and Latham & Watkins. Olsen holds a law degree from American University.
