Robinhood Legal Chief’s Compensation Jumps to Nearly $11 Million

Robinhood Markets Inc. chief legal, compliance and corporate affairs officer Daniel Gallagher received a close to a 30% increase in his total compensation in 2025.

The fintech company disclosed Wednesday in a proxy statement that Gallagher received almost $11 million in total compensation, up from $8.6 million in 2024.

Gallagher, who has been the firm’s top legal executive since May 2020, served as a Republican member of the Securities and Exchange Commission from November 2011 to October 2015.
