Regulatory Uncertainty Tops List of Corporate Risks, Survey Says

Regulatory and legal uncertainty has become business’ top worry in the first quarter of this year, according to a survey of corporate risk executives by Gartner.

The firm highlighted tariffs, rapidly shifting regulations, heightened geopolitical risks to employees and business operations, and the effect of changes in immigration and employment policy on workforces as potential vulnerabilities for companies.
