Jocelyn Bundy—granddaughter and heir of artist C.W. Scott-Giles who drew the art for a 1940s translation of Dante’s “Inferno"—correctly argued that Nirvana needed to prove an alternate forum for the dispute existed, the federal appeals court panel said on Thursday.
