Jennifer Crystal has joined Proskauer as a partner with the private funds group in New York, the firm said Monday.
Crystal joins from WndrCo Capital Management, a venture capital firm, where she was general counsel, according to Proskauer.
She also worked at global asset manager PineBridge Investments with a focus on its US alternatives platform, Proskauer said.
