Power Solutions Appoints Zhaoying Dorothy Du as General Counsel

Power Solutions International Inc. has appointed Zhaoying (Dorothy) Du as its general counsel and corporate secretary.

The appointment was effective Sept. 8, the company said Thursday. Du brings more than 20 years of experience providing legal counsel to US and multinational companies, having held leadership roles at Lenovo, Motorola Mobility, Warranty Group, Freeborn & Peters, and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal.
