Robert Nelson Jr. joined Polsinelli as a principal in its global project finance practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Wednesday.
Nelson advises clients, including project sponsors and strategic and private equity investors, on project construction, development, finance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity in sectors including power, oil and gas, infrastructure, and mining, the firm said.
