The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia reached a deal with a former supervisor to end his religious discrimination lawsuit over the hospital’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate.
Donald Glover’s attorney notified the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania of a settlement in a letter filed Thursday. Glover, who worked in the hospital’s biomedical engineering department, requested an exemption in 2021 from the company’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate based on his Christian beliefs. He was fired after his request was denied and he refused to get vaccinated.
