Adam Shevell joined Perkins Coie as a partner in its technology transactions and privacy group in San Francisco, the firm announced Wednesday.
Shevell advises technology companies and their investors through all stages of the startup lifecycle, including expansions, fundraising, strategic partnerships and exit transactions, the firm said. His practice focuses on commercial transactions, with clients ranging from emerging companies and leading global technology firms to angel investors and venture capital firms.
He joins from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
