Oracle’s Legal Chief Nabs 133% Bonus to Net $13.5 Million Pay

Oracle Corp. legal chief Stuart Levey made about $13.5 million in total compensation in his first full year on the job, aided by earning 133% of his annual cash bonus target.

Levey joined Austin, Texas-based Oracle last year following the delayed retirement of former longtime legal chief Dorian Daley.

Levey’s compensation package this year was similar to what he earned in 2023. He made $11.6 million in stock awards while taking home an annual salary of $950,000, according to a proxy statement filed Wednesday. He also got a $1 million cash bonus, outpacing a target of $750,000, based on ...
