NYC Comptroller Urges Vote Against Two Amazon Board Members

New York City is urging Amazon.com Inc shareholders to vote against the re-election of two of the online retailer’s board members responsible for human capital management, the comptroller said in an open letter to New Yorkers.

The city joins New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli and the state pension funds, along with trustees of all five NYC Retirement Systems, in opposing the re-election of Daniel Huttenlocher and Judith McGrath.
