NVIDIA Hit With Trademark Suit Over ‘Modulus’ AI Platform

NVIDIA Corp. is facing trademark infringement claims over its Modulus machine learning platform by Modulus Financial Engineering Inc.

Modulus alleges that NVIDIA is violating its trademark No. 4,755,560 for "'[c]omputer software development tools; [c]omputer software for statistical analysis, database engines, finance, stock trading, stock market data, and artificial intelligence,’” according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
