The NFL’s current strategy is pro-competitive, attorney Beth Wilkinson, of Wilkinson Stekloff LLP, countered to a jury during the closing arguments in the US District Court for the Central District of California, because it allows networks to invest in high-quality broadcasts and lends to revenue sharing between teams.
