Brook Andrews joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its litigation group in Columbia, S.C., the firm announced Thursday.
Andrews joins from serving as the acting United States attorney for the District of South Carolina, where he oversaw cases involving health-care fraud, securities fraud, public corruption, national security, and other complex white-collar matters, the firm said.
