Leia Galasso joined Lowenstein Sandler as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital group in New York, the firm announced on Wednesday.
Galasso represents startups and growth companies as outside general counsel, with an emphasis on venture capital financings, private equity deals, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and private tender offers.
She joins from Buhler Duggal & Henry.
