Lennar Hires Top Legal Officer Katherine Lee Martin From Hertz

Lennar Corporation, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, announced Tuesday that Katherine Lee Martin will become chief legal officer following the retirement of Mark Sustana, general counsel and vice president, on Sept. 2.

Sustana has served as Lennar’s general counsel since 2005, providing legal oversight and guidance during the company’s growth and expansion. Martin, a seasoned legal executive with over two decades of experience in corporate law, compliance, and governance, most recently served as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary at The Hertz Corporation.
