Agiloft, a leader in data-first contract lifecycle management, announced the appointment of Jason Barnwell as chief legal officer, the company said Tuesday.
Barnwell joins Agiloft from Microsoft, where he spent over 15 years in senior legal and business leadership roles. Barnwell most recently served as general manager and associate general counsel for monetization and business planning. At the Big Tech company, he guided digital transformation initiatives.
As Agiloft’s chief legal officer, he will lead internal legal operations and offer guidance into product development and customer community. Barnwell’s appointment was effective Dec. 1.
