A few months after Dustin Moskovitz stepped down as head of work management platform Asana Inc. last summer, he said out loud what a lot of other chief executive officers seem to be thinking these days: The role had been exhausting. He’d expected the job to eventually get easier as the company matured, but instead, the world had only grown more chaotic.
