Intel Taps Zoom C-Suite for Legal Chief as Miller Boise Exits

Intel Corp. is looking to Zoom’s chief operating officer to head its legal department as it tries to rebound as a top chipmaker. Aparna Bawa will join Intel in May as executive vice president, chief legal and people officer.

She will report directly to Lip-Bu Tan, Intel’s CEO, the company announced.

“Bawa’s appointment underscores Intel’s continued focus on strengthening leadership, accountability, and execution as the company advances its transformation under Tan’s leadership,” Intel said in a news release.
