Inspire Brands Names Yum Brands Executive as Chief Legal Officer

Inspire Brands has appointed Scott Catlett as chief legal and administrative officer, the company announced Monday.

Scott Catlett previously served as the chief legal & franchise officer and corporate secretary for Yum! Brands, where he spent nearly 20 years leading legal, franchising, government affairs, and compliance functions. He played a key role in Yum! Brands’ M&A initiatives, including the spinoff of Yum! China Holdings, Inc. Catlett brings extensive experience from across the restaurant industry and will oversee Inspire’s global Legal, Human Resources, Government Affairs teams, and other administrative functions.
