Hertz Global Holdings Inc., the car rental company, has appointed Piero Bussani as executive vice president and chief legal officer.
Bussani will lead global legal affairs, government affairs, and sustainability and social impact, Hertz said Wednesday. He brings over 30 years of legal and business leadership experience, most recently as chief legal officer of Homebound Inc., a tech-powered home-building company.
He earned his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He currently serves as chairman of Florida Atlantic University and as a trustee of Cleveland Clinic Weston.
