Leon Johnson has joined Goodwin Procter as a partner with the private equity practice in San Francisco, the firm said Tuesday.
Johnson advises private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and leveraged buyouts, according to Goodwin.
He concentrates on late stage growth equity transactions, Goodwin said.
