Baron Capital Management Inc., an investment firm founded by mutual fund mogul and early Tesla Inc. investor Ron Baron, has reshuffled its in-house legal and executive leadership.
Rachel Stern, who succeeded longtime general counsel-turned-chief operating officer Linda Martinson last year, has been replaced at New York-based Baron Capital, which has $45 billion in assets under management.
