DLA Piper Adds Corporate Practice Partner Gregory Saiontz in DC

Gregory Saiontz has joined DLA Piper as a partner with its corporate practice in Washington, the firm said Monday.

Saiontz’s practice focuses on late- and early-stage companies and private equity and other financial investment firms in corporate, M&A and other transactional matters, according to DLA Piper.

He counsels clients across various industries, including energy and power, healthcare, aerospace, defense, government services, climate, as well as software and industrial manufacturing, the firm said.
