Cellebrite DI Ltd, a digital forensics software company, has appointed Holly Windham as general counsel and chief compliance officer, the company announced in a release Thursday.
Windham brings extensive legal leadership experience in areas critical to Cellebrite’s growth, including software, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data privacy, and public sector contracting. She will oversee all legal and compliance matters for the company, partnering closely with the leadership team to ensure appropriate use of Cellebrite’s technology globally. Windham succeeds Ayala Berler Shapira in this role.
