Delta Sued Over Bias Against Jewish Israeli Flight Attendant (1)

A Jewish Israeli Delta Air Lines Inc. flight attendant filed a lawsuit accusing his employer of religious and national origin discrimination by ignoring his reports of antisemitic treatment by his co-workers and employing Hamas supporters.

In his complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Roey Segev also alleged that Delta retaliated against him for opposing the airline’s discriminatory practices and for reporting safety violations to his supervisors and government agencies.
