Corteva Inc., the agricultural products and services company spun off from DowDuPont in 2019, has appointed Jennifer Johnson as its new chief legal officer, it said Tuesday.
Johnson will oversee Corteva’s global legal function and join the executive leadership team, effective Sept. 15. She is an experienced agriculture technology executive, previously serving as general counsel at International Flavors & Fragrances and earlier working at DuPont supporting the Pioneer business.
She has a Ph.D. in plant biology from UC Berkeley and a JD from the University of Washington. She was previously a partner at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP. ...
