CLOC Appoints Áine Lyons President as Jenn McCarron Steps Down

The Corporate Legal Operations Consortium said Wednesday that Jenn McCarron, president of its board of directors since last year, was stepping down to focus on co-founding and serving as CEO of a new technology company.

CLOC Executive Director Oyango Snell praised McCarron’s visionary leadership and impact on elevating the legal operations profession worldwide. Áine Lyons, senior vice president and deputy general counsel of Workday Inc., has been chosen to serve as president until the end of 2025, when McCarron’s term ends.
