Byline Bancorp Appoints Brian Doran as New General Counsel

Brian Doran joined Byline Bancorp as executive vice president and general counsel, the company announced Tuesday.

Doran will lead the company’s legal function and corporate governance initiatives while providing operational and strategic support to the organization and its board, the company said.

He joins from Republic First Bank, where he was general counsel.
