Derek Cohen joined Baker Botts as partner in its litigation department in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Cohen focuses on government investigations and white collar defense, representing companies and individuals in criminal and regulatory matters, the firm said.
He joins from Walden Macht Haran & Williams.
