Agiloft Taps Mitsubishi, Deere & Co. Alum As General Counsel

Contract lifecycle management company Agiloft announced Monday Kristin Knox Esche has joined as general counsel.

Esche brings over 20 years of experience to the company, most recently as senior vice president and deputy general counsel at Mitsubishi HC Capital America. At Mitsubishi, she helped implement an eBilling and matter management system, and lay the groundwork for integrating contract lifecycle management.
