Adobe’s New Top Lawyer Nabs $15.6 Million After Roku Exit

Adobe Inc. chief legal officer Louise Pentland earned $15.6 million in total compensation last year after she came from Roku Inc. in May, according to a new corporate filing.

Pentland’s 2025 Adobe pay package was $3.2 million more than the $12.4 million she received at Roku in 2024 as its top lawyer. She also is leading government relations at Adobe, in addition to overseeing the legal work of the technology giant, which is busy integrating artificial intelligence into Photoshop and other products.
