Activision Directors Defeat Workplace Culture Investor Suit (1)

Activision Blizzard Inc. investors came up short with allegations that company leadership failed to stop a culture of racial and sexual harassment, a federal court said in dismissing the derivative suit with finality.

The investors “recycled” facts and arguments from a previous version of their complaint that met with dismissal, Judge Percy Anderson said Tuesday for the US District Court for the Central District of California.
