Outlaw DACA Protection for Dreamers, Texas Urges Appeals Court

Nine states led by Texas urged a federal appeals court to throw out the Obama-era program that protects undocumented immigrants brought to America illegally as children -- known as Dreamers -- for the same reason the court blocked an initiative designed to protect undocumented parents of U.S. citizens.
