Sentara Health Software Engineer Loses Disability, Age Bias Suit

A Sentara Health senior software engineer lacks evidence he was fired based on his ADHD and obsessive-compulsive disorder or because he was 57 years old, a Virginia federal judge ruled.

The healthcare company showed it terminated Daniel Berger for lying about why he used a specific technical architecture on a particular project, telling his supervisor he’d done so at the direction of her boss, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia said.
