Medtronic, Axonics Settle Suit on Bladder Treatment Tech (1)

Medtronic Plc and Axonics Modulation Technologies Inc. have settled a case in which Axonics was cleared at trial of allegations it infringed patents for an implant device used to treat overactive bladders.

Medtronic’s claims against Boston Scientific Corp.'s Axonics, “including as to the infringement of each of the Remaining Patents-in-Suit,” would be dismissed without the option to renew the allegations, according to a stipulation of dismissal filed Monday in the US District Court for the Central District of California.
