YouTuber Blocked From Sharing Data From Teen Treatment Facility

An online content creator is barred from publishing information he obtained while posing as an employee at a residential substance abuse treatment center to gather data for a YouTube video about the “troubled teen industry,” a federal judge in Utah said.

UHS of Provo Canyon Inc. has a substantial likelihood of succeeding against Robert Bliss on claims related to his alleged infiltration and undercover surveillance of the behavioral health-care provider, Judge Dale A. Kimball, of the US District Court for the District of Utah, said Tuesday.
