Walmart Not Liable to Man Hurt by Driver High on Huffing Duster

Walmart Stores East LP and others avoided liability to a man who was severely injured by a driver high from huffing dusting spray who crashed into two vehicles parked on his driveway and pinned him beneath one, a Florida appeals court said.

Amy Merrill bought one can of Ultra Duster at a Walmart store in February 2012, along with a sports drink to divert suspicion about her use of the canned aerosol.
