Twitter Class Disability Bias Lawsuit Over Musk Demands Derailed

A former Twitter Inc. engineering manager failed to adequately describe how his termination after Elon Musk purchased the company was the product of intentional or inadvertent disability bias, so he can’t lead a proposed class lawsuit.

The ruling by the US District Court for the Northern District of California sidetracks, at least temporarily, one of the multiple class actions lodged against Twitter by law firm Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC in the wake of Musk’s takeover of the social media giant.
