President Trump plans to nominate Brian Miller to the newly created post of Special Inspector General for Pandemic Recovery, White House says in statement.
- Miller currently serves as special asst. to the president and senior associate counsel in the Office of White House Counsel
- NOTE: The post is newly created for oversight of federal big-business bailout provisions that will provide as much as $500 billion in loans from the U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve amid the coronavirus pandemic
