President Donald Trump plans to issue a memorandum that will order a crackdown on nonresidents and others who illegally receive Medicare and Medicaid benefits.
The document, part of larger initiative to address fraud in the Social Security program, would also establish a “Medicare and Medicaid fraud prosecution program” in 15 US attorney’s offices, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said during a press briefing Tuesday.
