A lawsuit between a behavioral health-care facility and a transgender patient who said it deliberately discriminated against her by allowing its staff to treat her like a man and make derogatory comments about her was administratively closed Monday.
Samantha Jolley notified the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on Oct. 18 that she and Riverwoods Behavioral Health LLC had settled the case, but she didn’t give any details about the terms.
