Texas Woman Sues Abortion-Inducing Pill Supplier for Death

A Texas woman who claims she was tricked into murdering her unborn child filed a wrongful death suit against an Austrian abortion pill supplier and the man she says was the father, who allegedly dissolved the pills into her drink.

Liana Davis filed a complaint in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas on Monday accusing Aid Access GmbH and its owner Rebecca Gomperts of illegally shipping the pills to Texas and other states where abortion is illegal.
