An abortion helper organization suffered a setback in its attempt to stop a woman seeking information about it through a legal process, with a unanimous ruling by the Texas Supreme Court Friday.

Lilith Fund for Reproductive Equity failed the first part of a test that would have seen its suit against the woman dismissed at the outset, the state Supreme Court said.
