An Ohio Planned Parenthood affiliate is asking a state trial court for permission to add claims to a 2021 complaint that challenged the state’s restrictions on telemedicine abortions.
At the time of filing, Planned Parenthood Southwest Region said the ban on providing remote services to prescribe pills that induce abortions violated the Ohio Constitution’s equal protection and liberty guarantees.
